Recipe of the Week – Tahini Honey Collagen Energy Balls

With collagen peptides being all the craze these days, you have to try these Tahini Honey Collagen Energy Balls from PaleOMG! They are the perfect snack on the go and are great any time of the day!

Yields 12-15 balls

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except for the sesame seeds in a food processor and pulse/blend until everything is broken down and well combined, scraping down the sides as need be.
  2. Place sesame seeds in a bowl. Use a cookie scoop to scoop mixture then press mixture firmly in the cookie scoop. Remove then form ball with hands and roll in the sesame seeds until coated. Repeat until all mixture is gone, about 12-15 energy balls.
  3. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer to set. Store in fridge in a closed container.
