Monday
Today’s wod is all about endurance. This interval style workout will test how hard you can push yourself. A combination for Burpee box jump overs and a set of unbroken wall ball shots will start the week off right.
Tuesday
Today is a weightlifting day. We will start the class with a snatch complex and finish with some heavy triples of back squat.
Wednesday
Nothing like a hump day 🐫 chipper. This one is a combination of heavy front squats, pull ups and handstand push ups.
Thursday
Strength training is for everyone! Today we dial the intensity back and work on some accessory movements. Don’t be fooled though, this will still be a challenge!

Back to partner WOD weekends! This partner chipper will make up for missing this past weekend. You and your buddy will work through rowing, pull-ups, power cleans, thrusters and bike.

Endurance WOD will be a nice way to close out the weekend. Come get sweaty with us!
