Programming Preview – 12/23/18

We have a short week ahead of us this final week of 2018. We hope you have a wonderful Christmas with friends and family.

With the new year around the corner start planing now for  your 2019 CrossFit goals! We have some changes coming in the programming starting the first week of January so stay tuned!

Here is this week programming preview!

Monday
Closed for the day! But if you really can’t sit still try this workout at home!

5 Rounds
15 burpees
20 Jumping lunges
10 Push ups

Tueaday
Merry Christmas 🎄

No working out today! We will see you tomorrow!

Wednesday
Back in the gym today with a 3 round WOD with some light deadlifts and dumbbell shoulder to overhead. We will close out class with some midline conditioning.

Thursday
We have a fun 6 round workout  with rowing, rope climbs and burpees, don’t miss this one!

Friday
Frisays are for getting strong! We will be working up to a 3 rep for front squat, thrusters and push jerks.

Saturday
This weekend we will take a hero wod and get after it with a buddy!

Sunday
Endurance WOD will be a blast of cardio that’ll help sweat out all of the left over Christmas sugar cookies you’ve been snacking on all week!
