Recipe of the Week – Almond Butter Protein Bars

  • β…” Cup of Oat Flour*
  • 3 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ΒΌ Cup of Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup of Honey Flax Barney Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of Almond Milk


  1. Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper
  2. In a small bowl mix together the almond milk, almond butter and maple syrup until well combined
  3. In a separate bowl stir together the oat flour and protein powder
  4. Slowly stir in the dry mixture into the into the wet mixture and combine until a dough forms then kneed the dough with your hands
  5. Roll out the dough into a flat square
  6. Place flattened dough into parchment lined pan and even out
  7. Place dough in freezer and let cool for at least 1 hour
  8. Take dough out of the freezer, pull out of the pan with the parchment paper and slice into 10 slices (5×2)
  9. Store in fridge or freezer for up to 3 weeks
