Programming preview 2/25/18

18.1 is just about history and now we anxiously await the announcement of 18.2. Friday night lights was a blast this past week so don’t forget whether you are registered or not come workout any time between 4:30 – 7:30 pm every Friday for the next 4 weeks.

We’ve been hitting the past few Mondays hard and tomorrow is no exception. A 20 minute AMRAP of running, heavy front squats and everybody’s favorite, rope climbs! Bring your pants or long socks so you can get those 15’ climbs in.

We just can’t get away from the dumbbells. During Tuesday’s 21-15-9 style workout,  we will  go overhead again with some double dumbbell push jerk. Oh, and can’t forget Burpees and chest to bar pull ups will be in there too.

Wednesday we are trying something new with two separate strength circuits focusing on unilateral strength and mid-line stability,

Thursday we will get after some light percentage deadlifts and finish class with some team rowing interval sprints.
