In this weeks episode of Back To the East Side we have lots of surprises and drama… not really though. We do, however, have some fun workouts planned for you. Check ’em out below in this weeks edition of the programming preview!
Monday
We are starting the week off with some upper body work. This combination of pull ups, push ups and shoulder to overhead will challenge your shoulder strength and endurance. Our accessory work for the day will be some lower body unilateral work with a movement called Bulgarian split squats.
Tuesday
Hopefully those split squats didn’t fry your legs too much we are going to build up to a heavy back squat double today. Class will end with some upper body and midline accessory work.
Wednesday
Every crossfitters favorite number combo is 21, 15 and 9… and 6 and 3. Toes to bar and hang squat cleans is the name of the game today. Today will also be another accessory work day where we do some light movement through the shoulders to help them recover.
Thursday
The WOD today is simple but effective to meet your cardiovascular needs. Rowing and kettlebell swings will challenge both your lungs and grip.
Friday

Saturday and Sunday
Typical party style this weekend here at Back East with our partner workout and endurance WOD. Grab a buddy make it in for one of these WODs for a fun and stimulating workout environment.
