Programming Preview – 6/9/19

Here is this week programming preview!

Monday

It’s NOOMA day! If you haven’t tried this amazing coconut water electrolyte drink, guess what?! Today you get a free one and you will need it after the sweat fest we have planned for you!

Tuesday

Today we weight lift by building to a max set of 3 hang squat cleans. To finish class we will do our accessory work for the week for our upper back and lats.

Wednesday

This WOD is a 3 round triplet of rowing, muscle ups and single arm kettlebell hang snatch. To finish up class we will heat after some tabata push ups.

Thursday

Today we combine our metcon with some heavy lifting. At the start of the workout you will build to a heavy set of back squat which will lead into a 10 minute leg burner.

Friday

Finishing out the work week we’ve got two short and fast amraps. These two wods will combine gymnastics and Barbell movements commonly seen in our “girl” workouts. We will finish up class with some leg focused accessory work.

Saturday

Back to regular partner workout for today and we are bringing back the 48” Burpee box up overs in addition to some fun and challenging synchronized movements.

Sunday

We may be closed for endurance wod this week so stay tuned.
