Programming Preview – 4/7/19

Week 2 of our strength work is here as well as the push up/pull up prep work for Murph. Make sure to plan your week of fitness out to set yourself up for success! Here is this weeks programming preview!

Monday
We are starting the week off with a chipper! Push ups, power snatch and thrusters with an rx plus option to wear a vest.

Tuesday
This WOD will have a little bit of strict and kipping pull ups  mixed in with front squats and calories on the bike or rower.

Wednesday
Mid week double strength day with Deadlifts and strict press on the agenda. Pending timing we will have a metcon to finish up the day involving toes to bar, lunges and double dumbbell power cleans.

Thursday
The name of the game today is burpees,  burpees…and more burpees.

Friday
Week 2 of our tempo back squat progression is today. Class will finish up with a fast paced metcon to get the muscles burning before your weekend starts.

Saturday
Partner WOD! Fingers crossed the sun is up early and we can get outside today for some partner WOD fun!

Sunday
Come get your endurance WOD on for Sunday fun-day. Whether you want to get your sweat on or flush out those sore muscles today will do just that.
