I can’t believe February is almost here! The CrossFit Open starts soon so don’t forget to sign up!
Monday
This workout is going to work the whole body. The workout starts with a 3 round barbell complex of strict press and front squats and finishes with 30 manmakers all of which is for time. If class time allows we will finish with some glute accessory work for some booty gainz!
Tuesday
Today’s WOD will have two scores. Your time for 1000 meter row and your total time to complete the row plus a 10 rounder of power cleans, push ups and air squats. I expect to see some hard efforts for the row portion, no savesies for the 10 rounder!
Wednesday
The goal of this 21 min EMOM is to work on some gymnastic skills and deadlift for strength. As usual we will have an option for our CrossFit lite workout.
Thursday
Today is a simple 3 round triplet of air bike, box jump overs and kettlebell swings.
Friday
Our 3rd week of our CrossFit Open repeats brings 16.2! This one was a combo of toes to bar, double unders and squat cleans which ascend in weight. Although the original workout had time checkpoints every 4 minutes In order to move on to the next squat clean weight we will be treating this one as a 20 min amrap.
