Here is this weeks programming preview!
Monday:
To start this week we have a descending ladder of heavy squat cleans and rope climbs. Make sure to wear your climbing socks for this one!
Tuesday:
We will bump up the volume in this 4 round WOD of handstand push ups, box step ups and rowing.
Wednesday:
Most of the class will be spend working on some heavy sumo deadlifts. Then we will finish with some Tabata work to get the heart rate up and work on some gymnastics endurance.
Thursday:
This combination of kettlebell swings and hanging L-sit holds will challenge you in more ways than you think. Come see if you can go unbroken on those L-sit holds!
Friday:
You all knew it was coming, it was just a matter of time… the Open repeats. Starting this week every Friday will bring you past Open workouts. Plan to get in on these days to start mentally and physically preparing for this years CrossFit Open!
Saturday:
Since most of the coaches will be away this weekend there will be no Saturday partner wod but don’t worry, thanks to coach Kaitlyn there will be open gym from 9-11am. A workout will be provided for you!
Sunday:
Endurance WOD will have to take the day off but don’t worry it’ll be back next week!
