Monday
Last day of 2018! Finish the year with a bang with this chipper style workout. Holiday WODs are always a bit more challenging and this one won’t disappoint. 12 movements, 31 reps each and an amazing community to help you through this workout; come get some!
Tuesday
Take time today to recover and reflect. You have 364 more days and each one of those days will provide an opportunity to grow into a better version of yourself. How will you seize those moments?
Wednesday
Our first WOD of the new year is a special one. The CrossFit community is one of the most supportive communities I know and this workout proves that. Today we will give it our all during a WOD that is dedicated to a woman that lost her life this Christmas, Jamie Tudryn. Jamie was part of the CrossFit community so her gym created a workout to honor her and we’ve been asked to take part.

Thursday
This one is a high intensity interval style workout where you will be fighting against the clock to maintain some form of a rest. Every 3 minutes your task will to be get through a set of wall ball shots and dumbbell power cleans.
Friday
We are closing out the week with a buy one get 2 free deal. These 3 WODs will test your lung capacity and your grip!
Saturday
Partner WOD will be a fast paced descending ladder that you and your buddy can support each other through to kick your weekend off.
Sunday
Endurance WOD is always a great option for those of you looking for a lighter workout. Come check out this fun but challenging class to see what it’s all
about.
