Programming Preview – 11/25/18

Don’t let the cold weather and holidays distract you from taking care of yourself. Keep consistent with your healthy practices to make sure you will be ready to tackle those new year resolutions come January. We’ve got a couple of benchmarks this week so get in and get after it!

Monday
This classic benchmark workout is short but effective and will give you nightmares just knowing that its coming your way.

Fran… no pacing, just all out drive through the 21, 15, 9 of thrusters and pull ups. Pure battery acid pumping through your arms, legs and lungs. Come test this bench mark and be ready to push yourself and walk away feeling proud.

Tuesday
This day will be a big day for weights! We will be retesting our CrossFit Total. Back squat, deadlift and strict press each for a heavy 1 Rep.

Wednesday
Mid week will have a long amrap waiting for you. 20 minutes cycling through double unders, DB power cleans, DB squats and toes to bar.

Thursday
Three minute intervals is the name of the game today. Russian kettlebell swings and burpees with have you sucking wind over and over again for 7 rounds.

Friday
To close out the week we will be getting after a snatch complex to start class and finish with a simple wod with air squats and bar muscle ups.

Saturday
Partner WOD will be a Hero workout called Hollyman. 30 Rounds shared with a buddy sounds like a perfect way to kick off your day.
