The 2019 Open is still a while away but it’s never too soon to throw a past open workout into the mix. Monday we will get after Open 12.4. This one is a chipper style amrap that starts with the girl WOD “Karen” and is sure to challenge you with the movements to follow. It’s a great way to start the week!
Tuesday we have a faster paced wod with deadlifts and toes to bar! Both will challenge your grip among other things.
Wednesday is a descending ladder of hang power cleans and box jump overs. The challenge will be the increasing weights of the hang power cleans.
Thursday is a longer amrap but with the higher reps per movement thus the total completed rounds will be low. Running, burpees and Turkish get-ups.
Friday is a challenging EMOM with the odd minutes getting your heart rate up with some rowing and the odd minutes a double whammy of thrusters and pull-ups.
Saturday and Sunday we will be closed while we are busy getting married! But! There will be an at home WOD posted both days. Saturday’s WOD will be a special WOD to celebrate our wedding day and Sunday will be an at home endurance WOD. You will be able to log both scores in Wodify so get after it!
