The Open is flying by! We are entering our 3rd week and hope you are learning more about your capabilities as an athlete and gaining new excitement about what you want out of next years Open.
Don’t forget, If you still need to or want to repeat 18.3 let us know ahead of time so we can plan to judge your performance.
We are keeping it simple for this weeks training overview. Take a look of what to expect!
Monday: push press for a 3 rep max and a 3 rounder of chest to bar pull ups, rowing and push press.
Tuesday: a challenging 3 rounds of back squat and burpee box jump overs followed by a 3 rep max back squat.
Wednesday: a longer EMOM with power snatch, air bike and handstand holds.
Thursday: some suitcase carries, toes to bar, and rowing or biking.
Friday: 18.4 if course!
Saturday: as usual partner up and have some fun with our partner workout!
Looks like we might be getting more snow this week so make sure to plan your days at the box accordingly!
