Programming Preview – 1/21/18

This week is a very special week being that is is our Friends and Family week! Monday through Saturday we invite you to bring some of your favorite people to join us at Back East for some fantastic workouts! Our regular programming will be dialed back as a scheduled deload week to let our joints and muscles recoup.

Monday through Friday will be classic style workouts including a couple of AMRAPs, a chipper, a longer EMOM, some strength work and a 10 round partner workout on Friday. Saturday is the perfect day to bring a buddy to the 9am Partner WOD to close out our Friends and Family week followed by a delicious brunch immediately after!

Although it is a scheduled deload week, that doesn’t mean don’t give each day 100% – come in, work hard and show your Back East family off to your friends!
