The countdown continues, 5 weeks remaining until the open! We’ve been working on our conditioning hard these past few weeks so let’s see how this weeks workouts treat you.
Monday we take a break from conditioning to build some strength. Sumo deadlifts are a great variation to the standard deadlift for developing the posterior chain strength.
Tuesday we are back at it with some interval training for a long EMOM. A wall ball, Burpee, rowing and power clean combo will surely get your heart rate up.
Wednesday we have a very fast passed short AMRAP. It’ll be important to scale appropriate today in order to maintain the intended stimulus. So let’s choose wisely and push hard on this one!
Thursday we dial things back with a workout that can be treated as an active recovery. If you’re feeling beat up, this will be a good day to flush out some of that soreness.
Friday we are doing it again – another open repeat! Get ready for quick grind!
