Programming Preview – 1/7/18

 

Let’s take a look at the workouts this coming week.. We have some warmer weather coming our way so we can’t blame the cold for not getting here!

To start off the week we have Monday’s workout.. Let’s just say this workout will definitely get us prepared for the 2018 Open that’s just around the corner next month! Can you believe it is already here?!

Tuesday is a chipper for sure! Grab a partner and be ready to battle this high rep, shoulder burner! Make sure to push your partner to really keep the intensity going!

Back Squats for Hump Day! On Wednesday, we are bringing a wave rep scheme to get through some high/low rep heavy back squats.

Thursday is all about the cardio! Followed by some post WOD gymnastics fun with handstand walking skills and drills everyone can complete.

Friday is another CrossFit Open repeat day! This workout will be highly demanding on gymnastic skill and ability, but also cover some strength work utilizing our beloved dumbbells.. hint, hint! This CrossFit Open retest will be extra hard as it comes after a long week of workouts, so make sure to rest up and be ready to give this one your all!

Saturday Partner WOD will be another burner, relay style with Power Snatch and Wall Balls and as always, a Sunday Funday Endurance WOD to close out the week!
