Although the first week of the year is a 4 day work week (for most) that doesn’t mean we need to put off our new goals at the box. Get ready for a week of fun and challenging workouts – Let’s see what’s on the menu!
Tuesday is a 3 round burner with one high skill movement matched with some moderate rep movements.
Wednesday is our heavy lifting day with a focus on pulling strength and power – Power snatch and Deadlifts!
Thursday let’s get our cardio on. A 5 rounder of interval style cardio will get you well conditioned.
Friday is a high rep chipper focused on chest to bar pull-ups and shoulder to overhead – we won’t be seeing a barbell on this day – hint, hint!
Saturday is a fun and fast paced 2 part partner wod (say that 5 times fast).
