Programming Preview – 12/24/17

Since this week is a short training week due to the holidays, it’s a good opportunity to shift our training into a deload week. Deloading is important because it gives us some extra time to recover from the previous weeks of training hard. This doesn’t mean we will be coming into the box to just hang out, as the workouts will still be challenging. What is does mean is our intensity level will be dialed back slightly, and loads and volume may be lighter.

Expect to work on some weaknesses this week. There will be some different strength training movements mixed in with our traditional ones.
